This is an email I received back from craigslist after posting the stop foreclosure ad from the pamplet on page 9. They flagged it and removed it. I read their policy etc and even tried a repost. And no success.
Has anyone else had this problem. IF NOT please post the ad you ran so I can use it in the Seattle/Tacoma Washington Craigs List. Thanks!

The best way I have found is to put the ads in the service section (financial/real estate) not in the real estate for sale section it will always get falgged. I also found that you can only run the same ad every other day. So change the wording and the titles.

Thanks I will go and see if there is a finance/real estate section so I don't get flagged.
What do you write in your ad? Can you post it here so I can use it in Washinton Specifically Seattle/Tacoma.

These are my only choices in Craigs List under Housing - So I was using the category real estate for sale. I don't see anything that reads financing/Real Estate
housing
apts / housing
rooms / shared
sublets / temporary
housing wanted
housing swap
vacation rentals
parking / storage
office / commercial
real estate for sale
I see in the services section the categorys pasted below are listed. Is this the area you are using??? and which one??
services
beauty
computer
creative
erotic
event
financial
legal
lessons
automotive
household
labor/move
skill'd trade
real estate
sm biz ads
therapeutic
travel/vac
write/ed/tr8

Call Craigs list and see why you are being flagged. It could be your wording. It could be the wrong section. I have been flagged once or twice but it was a minor issue both times. I know it works I got a lead today from a Craig's list ad. The ads just like the rest of real estate is a numbers game. Stay focused keep moving in a positive direction and the results will come.

Holy COW! If you go thru the finance area then to real estate it works. But when I went directly to real estate it was flagged and booted out.
I have also found a ton of great sites to post besides Craigs
Oodle.com
LiveDeal.com
Sell.com
and Oodle takes you to about 7 more free classified sites. They have them listed on their front page.
Does anyone else have any others we all can use???
