Would seem that a majority of the Stars who attended the retreat in Vail were down sizing their teams.....is anyone adding members and if you are...are they going to be sales people or admin?

How much commission should we offer when we start hiring buyer agents? anybody have some ideas? And should all contracts be signed under the team name?
