We run ads in the Homes & Lifestyle mag (small box within our ads of listings). Something like: Here we GROW again! ... We just put the word out that we are always looking for talent. Send something to your sphere...like a missing person's report that describes the person you are looking for, their qualities, skills, etc.. Ask if they know this person. If someone feels they are a match they will call you. We have found that the law of attraction really does work. People like you are attracted to you. Teach a class locally and watch who attends. The learning based ones are the ones I want. I'm having better luck with new people with the right skills and no experience. I just want to know that they can "dance" so to speak. I will teach them real estate. Contact your broker of your office or the office leader and let them know. There are a lot of new people or people within the company that can't always do there own thing, but make great team members. It's better for the company to not lose them altogether. A win for everyone!
