I am looking for a good 11 x 17 (4 page) flyer template for my listings/brochure box. I have seen a couple different designs but none of them have really excited me so far. If you have something you are using please e-mail it to me in either your software format or as a PDF. The goal of this brochure/flyer is to provide something a little different than the other agents in my market and crank up the amount of info and photos of the listing really highlighting it above and beyond others in my market. I want something that causes buyers to say "WOW, this is nice".

Sam, I am using one from Quantum mail that we are very happy with. I think Express Copy also has one now. Pat
