question about Russell Shaw system

Hello everyone,

I am an agent out of Houston, Texas. I've heard a bit about Russell Shaw's radio and television system , and I was wondering if anyone here(or know of anyone) who has replicated his system in other markets with similar success. Any insight would be fantastic. Thanks!

Pat Hiban in Maryland right outside DC has taken it to a much higher level. And Denny Grimes in Tampa uses it successfully as well.
