Default Comparison Chart of Qualifications

I am looking for a marketing piece where I can compare my qualifications and perhaps some of the services offered with other agents. The seller or buyer could than check off on the marketing piece my competitor's qualifications and services against my qualifications and services. Does anyone have a marketing piece such as this that I could use as a guide rather than me re-inventing the wheel? John Riggins email: riggins@lava.net

Hello all,

We have something that we created called the Seller Survivial Guide. Its a guide that the agent gives to the seller prior to the actual listing appointment. Delivered with the PLP. The guide is to be used BY THE SELLER when interviewing agents. Its a series of 10-20 really tough questions that are designed to 100% flog the other agent. The goal is for the seller to ask these questions, the other agent to not know the answers....and for the seller to learn that the other agent isnt competent.Agressive to be sure. The other part of the guide are the answers to the questions.
Anyway, shared this with coaching clients 4-6 months ago and they reported back that it worked like a charm.
If you want a copy....let me know.

Here is a comparison I have used and I've made it into a web page so anyone here who wants it can just copy it. You can find it here: http://phxhomefinder.com/agent_comparison.htm

Visit our website www.ottawaproperties.com and request the "Choosing a Realtor .... are you asking the right questions?" Button and you will get it right away, you will note we added a qualification that you had to give to get, so need to supply email address etc, this cut down on agent enquiries. Cheerfully Bill Renaud your Canadian Referral Source!

I would be interested in receiving that as well. We are in process of updating our entire package modeled after Smith Barney's Private Client services program which i am quite impressed in. I will post as soon as finished.
