Hi Guys,

Has anyone invested in TICs. Asked this before and didnt get any response. There are 2 large TIC companies that promote that all the tax benefits of IRC 469c7 are still valid when investing in a TIC. I dont see how this could be true. Passive vs active investor?
Most of the tics that I have seen are 6-7% cash on cash return. Anyone know???
