Default Coaching....who is your coach?

As some of you know, Julie and I sold our real estate business years ago and have been coaching (for MFO). www.mikeferry.com
When you hire a coach do you do so to help you work through a specific objective or someone to help you build your overall business?

I am coaching with Coach Ken organization and really like the idea that we have a main coach then several specialty coach's. Therefore as we grow through our business life we can work on Marketing, Business Plans, Wealth Building, Financial Planning, Direct response marketing, Systems. I think coaching is on going like Mastery of anything it is continual improvement. So coaching in most cases should not be about 1 topic but more on your goals, dreams and aspirations. Smile Coaching

Coaching with a well trainned experienced coach will change your life and your business. A very special relationship will develop between you and your coach. You should only select a coach who has completed the academic trainning and is certified by the International Federation of Coaching. Additionally your coach should have experience in your profession and have a broad range of experience in life. Your coach also should be a proven success as a coach, business person, and a leader. Your coach should be skilled and familiar with psychology, physiology, and a philosopher .
