Default When Credit Union is involved -

Is the short sale process any different when the 1st and 2nd both come from a credit union?

For the most part they are the same. The only time it may be different is when one of the loans is insured (PMI) or government insured. If that is the case you may have to deal with the private mortgage insurance company (PMI) or the government. Either way the lender will tell you who to contact or tell you that it is a lost cause. Good question!!!!!
