Dan, we don't have anything like the pennysaver or the thrifty nickel here. We also don't have a financial services area in out two newspapers. Should I just put the ads in the Real Estate sections?

There has got to be a free small town paper of some sort, the orange peel gazette, the local herald anything, try the small ones first if not then try the big boys. Remember there are more than one way to generate leads, don't forget to call the local investors, see where how they get business. Go to the local investors meetings, see what they are doing.
