The first class was great - I learned a ton from it.

I have been prospecting for short sales already and have several potential clients ready to get started.

Mention was made in todays call of the 'Visions of Tomorrow' packet we should be asking sellers to complete. I'm probably getting ahead of myself again, but it would be really useful to have that available right now so that we can at least incorporate it into our first meeting with new clients - most folk in the foreclosure/short sale position need to get things done pretty quickly and its hard to tell them they must wait until the next short sale call!
