After not seeing results 1 1/2 months I all of a sudden started getting calls. Of the 5 calls there were 2 persons who were within 1 week of auction that I could not help, 1 listing I took now, waiting on the paper work for another listing to arrive, 1 had funds so declined to help and the final one I haven't decided if they would be a good candidate yet (question on next post).

Picked up two more listing this week and I think I sold just double sided the deal in less then a week.
How.. People are starting to know I got the deals and I have set up a wants and needs list just to be ready when I get a call to help someone with a short sale... or a bank request for a BPO.

I'm slow but steady. [/list]Got 2 listings as a result of a craig's list post in August which turned out to be conventional sales. Both are under contract now.
[/list]Called on a fsbo in September only to find out they could do a short sale... got a contract in 2 weeks. Waiting on the lender to approve my first short sale.

Everything they told me in my short sale class is so perfect and relevant to getting things done.. it is amazing!

I just picked another listing over the weekend. This one I did via fax. I had spoken back and forth to the client and his wife for 2 weeks, then he called and had me fax over the paper work. Its a nice listing with only one lender to deal with.


I was wondering if I can still short sale masters program.
