I'm working on getting some Reo's I'd love to hear what you have to say. I'd also like to know who's having success with REO's and HOW did you get them. Right now with Tracy, CA being only 30 miles from the number one foreclosure city in the Nation, Stockton, this is definately a must do. However, 99% of REO's are currently listed with 3 agents, all men. One agent has over 400 REO listings in a 60 mile radius, he does NOT service his listings, they are a mess, you can't get in to see them, etc. Bottom line, I'd love to know HOW you got the REO listing in the first place.
