It's good to see that you are all working the Expired listings right now. Most of your competition has checked out for the season, so you have a great chance of getting listings. Also this time of year you will find that it is much easier to recognize the "have to" from the "want to" sellers. When you are working the expired listing it is best to be contacting them first thing in the morning, be aware that they are not going to be in a great mood all the time and may even be a bit hostile. Don't let this discourage you in fact be the one person that can make a difference for them, keep the mind set of being of service.
