Read that law says; late pymts have to show on credit but shortsale may/will show as 'paid in full' with assistance.

Now I'm hearing it may show for 3yrs.. I've closed several with no defenceincies..

Can someome please clarify how it shows on sellers credit??? Is it up to each individual bank???:rolleyes:
