Any other agents working REO's? I am currently working with several and I am looking to put together a mastermind group specifically discussing REO's. If you are currently working with an REO company or bank and would like to be part of the group please let me know.

I'm working on getting some Reo's I'd love to hear what you have to say. I'd also like to know who's having success with REO's and HOW did you get them. Right now with Tracy, CA being only 30 miles from the number one foreclosure city in the Nation, Stockton, this is definately a must do. However, 99% of REO's are currently listed with 3 agents, all men. One agent has over 400 REO listings in a 60 mile radius, he does NOT service his listings, they are a mess, you can't get in to see them, etc. Bottom line, I'd love to know HOW you got the REO listing in the first place. Susan

Before the volume of foreclosures, I had received several foreclosed building lots from a local savings and loan on recommendation of an apprasier. We have been in contact with them as we have sold these lots and they are happy with us. They really haven't had to foreclose on too many homes as they are working out solutions with the homeowners to keep the properties. But I have also done several BPO's for another financial company and have just received my first listing from them. I am anxious to see if I receive others from them. There are about three other agents in our area who have one each listing from this company. I think they are seeing who can give the service and sell them fast. They are very demanding of time, reports, putting your funds up front for things like cleaning, maintenance, utilities, etc. They reimburse you by direct deposit into your account but only after providing lots of documents and pictures.

Hi Coach Dan,
I currently work the REO market in the Baltimore, MD region. I maintain a listing inventory fo about 30 listings, and I would love to be a part of the mastermind group. I am considering the short sale coaching program, because while I would like to diversify, I would like to stay in the foreclosure/preforeclosure arena. I used to do loss mitigation, which is how I got into working foreclosures, so it is where I am most comfortable.
Please fill me in with more info on the mastermind group.
Thanks,
BJ Allen
