I hear that some lenders are contracting with companies that send agents out to talk to homeowners who are delinquent. If they want to stay in the house, you can help them get on track, and if they don't, you can take the listing as a short sale, and pay the company a referral fee.

Has anyone had any experiences with these companies? If so, any thoughts and contacts would be appreciated. I'm NOT looking for more training programs ... we have great training at Harris.
