Page 8 From the Harris U Short Sale Pamplet
Why would a seller list and sell SS with me VS selling to an investor for cash
in 3 days?
It seems that investors would be knocking their doors down to
purchase at wholesale prices?
....and cash in 3 days as cash is king vs putting the home on the market and submitting a package to the lender for approval is not a for sure thing.

Good Question - You will see this alot. If is simple the investor is going to look to buy the house cash at 70% of market value ( maybe ). I can get 80-90% on the retail market, which means more money for the lender. In terms of what is best for the seller they have a better chance of the deal getting accepted and them moving forward with their lives.
