In your market what are you seeing as far as market changes?
We are not seeing any sort of 'bottom falling out' or dramatic market drops anywhere.
Rates are still in the mid 5s.
New info coming out this week will show that PRE-foreclosures are now the highest in 1) Cali 2) Fl 3) NV.
PRE-foreclosure is a 60 day late mtg. Not yet officially a foreclosure, nothing filed.
WHAT is your market doing?

The intown Austin market is doing very well. But as you move out from the core it gets slower and slower. I work in the Lake Travis area (about 25 min. from down-town) and in the last 3 weeks it has gotten very slow. The $200,000 to $350,000 price range is great. We have 84 $1,000,000 & up homes in my MLS area called Lake South. Our beautiful lake is 40 feet down and that hurts. This too will pass. Elaine Garner, Keller Williams Lake Travis
