I have a list of HOA for my market? Does anyone know what to do with these?

Ray,

You can use this list to get to foreclosure clients. Some time they will pay the mortgage and not the HOA. The HOA will file for foreclosure bingo you are in. If they cannot afford the HOA it is only a matter of time before they cannot pay the mortgage.
