Lenders justify differently?

Do different lenders all justify differently weather or not to pursue or approve
a short sale?

Or do they sitck with the typical hardships?

For the most part lenders work with the same percentages, 80% net to them. Some are a little more loose other a little more strict.

There are some lenders that are insured and will not do a short sale. I am working on a list. I will keep you posted.

There are some lenders that are insured and will not do a short sale. What does this mean... insured and won't...

Boeing Employees Credit Union will not do Short Sales nor Timberland Bank in our area. Doesen't this harm them on the resale market? Or they just can't do them because they are insured.. what ever that means....
