By the way, sorry for the people that have emailed me and I have not gotten back to them. My plate is so full. I am doing 20-30 short sales now per month and listing on average about 10 a week. This is not bragging, just letting you know why I have not been able to get back to you folks.
I am getting my license in Florida in a few weeks and I hope to be coming down there a week or two out of the month in the near future. If you are looking for a partner to work with in Florida, let me know. I will be setting up close to Tampa. I will need to get my feet wet so working with someone would be great for me.
