I have a short sale for which I am trying to get approval from the mortgage company. They are not returning my phone calls. My client received a letter from a third party company stating that they have been "retained to foreclosure proceedings against the property". What do I do now?

Focus on the bank do not worry about the 3rd party.. until the foreclosure date your
