Howdy Gang-

Started working on a FHA Shortsale listing today. Mortgage company is Wells Fargo (WF). Seller already had workout package. Do I send workout package before getting offer or at the time. I have last Aprils workout pack from WF and they say to send in workout before getting offer. The workout pack seller received last month says submit offer with workour pack. Also, does the seller have to go thru HUD counseling Center first before workout package is sent to WF. Seller owes 112900 on payoff. There are NO resales in subd just new homes which are listed for $96900. Would I be right to list at $89,900?

First one- a little overwhelmed.
