On the Harris Real Estate University "addendum to contract" example, it states "Paragraph D and N (FAR/BAR) or paragraph #8 (FAR) are deleted...". What do these paragraphs state in your state contract? I know that my numbers and letters will be different, but just want to see if my state's contract has the same paragraphs.

They pertain to the seller providing water and power for the inspections. And they pertain to repairs. If you client does not have enough money to put food on the table I dont want them paying to turn the lights on. I make the buyer do that.
