there is a great topic....
some use goldmine.
TopProducer7i has the largest market share and seems to work best for most agents. Back when we were selling between 100-200 units per year we would use 7i only to manage the database...everything else was paper. All the process etc. Check lists. we found 7i to cranky to use daily.
Would love to know others are using...

Have been using Online Agent for over 10 years and have 26,000 contacts. Its worked very well for our team. We are now affiliated with Keller Williams which supports Top Producer. Agents who are using it seem satisfied and like the ability to use it from anywhere that has a broadband connection. The larger teams are staying with Oline Agent because as you add more team members it is much less expensive and they are satisfied with its performance.

Active Agent? (It's an 'add on/overlay' to Outlook)
Jim Casey's product - (forget the name of it)?
The Wise Agent?
360agent?
Salesforce?
My personal quest for two years has been to find a program that could accomodate DATA Management AND LEAD Management.... no such luck yet.
Still searching though!
(Unless we all decided to have a program designed to fit our needs - for both data & lead management AND built for team environment - allowing leads to be automatically filled into the admin panel - to avoid all the data entering that we all do with internet leads nowadays.... anyone have thoughts or suggestions?)
Thanks - Stephanie Evelo - REMAX Advanced Teams - http://www.homes4friends.com
ps. I've used Online Agent for over 10 years + .... tried TP7i for lead management only -- clunky to use... hoping they will improve it's speed and user friendliness -- but in meantime - sticking with Online Agent....

Strickly ONLINE Agent user for over 10 years, we also have archived twice (meaning storing old data so system runs faster) What constantly surprises me though is the number of agents using strictly for database and not using the plan function for day to day activities and the simplicity of seeing a whole client or listing contact with one view. This is Mike Parker. We use Pat Zaby's Respond with Microsft Exchange Server, it is web base. We have about 14,000 contacts in it. Works well.
