Of course you can use my sign. No problem there. (as long as you're not in New Jersey) hehe!

The best method of helping people is to provide them options. If you never get infront of them, no options can be provided...Correct? It's been found that folks in bad situations, make really bad decisions out of desperation. They hold onto the first person that gives them any kind of hope. If my sign stops one person from signing over the deed to an investor that is going to screw them because they were the first one in the door, then my sign is worth it.

I am not here the save the world, but I was that investor for many years and my signs as an investor always said "Save Your Home", and it got me in the door before most Realtors. I'm just applying what I know to work from many years of tweeking my investor signs.

Check with your board on the disclosure laws, if you have to, add the Brokers name and phone number.
