Regarding doing business in Massachusetts: I read that MA does not issue a deficiency,
is that true? When submitting paperwork to lender, would you submit a HUD or a net proceeds report? Does anyone know the timeline for MA; that is, once a homeowner receives the missed payment notice from the lender, how many days before the final foreclosure sale? Thank you.
