I have a listing that when it sells, sellers will not be upside down on the 1st but will be on the 2nd. Will I only be negotiating with the 2nd, or does the 1st do that?

you are going to be dealing with the second however I would send authorization to the first. Call into collections and let them what is going on. Update the 1st weekly. You will be dealing directly with the second. The fist most likely will not help you.
